All we require to secure you event is a $180 deposit. The entire reservation is completed from our Book My Event Tab. Please be sure you have communicated with our office to check availablity before booking your event!
Please no. It is important that you chat with us before reserving your event. We do not block our calendars automatically because of our split option service, we can often help you find gaps in times instead of just marking it as sold out. Plus, we want to chat with you! You can't beat our experience in helping you plan the perfect event.
Going ahead and booking without checking for available times and bus sizes, usually ends up with sad party planners, as we just have to refund you if your request is not available.
It is very important to have your event times ironed out before reserving a bus. We continue to book other events around the times that you secured your event for. So needing to change or add time, may not be possible. Always check with our office if you need to alter your itinerary. If we are able to do so, we are happy to make the changes. Changes to the stops or pick up and drop off locations are usually never a problem at any point, just the times are what we most concerned with. No credit given if you reduce your hours booked withing 30 days of your event.
Once your reservation is submitted, you will receive an reservation "acknowledgement" so you are confident it was submitted correctly.
We review them to be sure the dates, times, and bus size are indeed available. too often, we get reservations that are not available because they don't check availability first.
If we have any questions, we will reach out to you, otherwise we will send you a Reservation Confirmation". This confirmation lists all of your event details including your cost. We will call you the week of your event to do a final review of your itinerary. Please do not wait until then to request any changes to your itinerary times.
No. We have coolers built in to every bus, and we provide all of the ice for your adventure. Simply bring your drinks on and the driver will ice everthing down for you!
Yes of course! Your driver will get you sync'd up via bluetooth and you will be in total control of the music from the back of the bus.
You have many payment options. We accept cash, check, or credit card. In order to keep our prices competitive, a 2.9% service fee is charged when paying the balance with a credit card. If you would like to avoid this fee, cash or check does not have this service fee.
We added a mileage fee several yeas ago for events that start or travel more than 10 miles outside of the 275 loop. Examples would be locations past Lebanon, Harrison, Hamilton, Oxford, and past Walton in Ky. We are simply trying to recover some of the high fuel prices when traveling outside of our normal service area. The fee is $25 for ten miles once we go outside of the 275 loop and $50 for 20 miles. Anything further would be a special quote.
We thought this was a silly question at first, until we heard other companies were charging for each stop. When you book with us, we work for you! You just tell us where to go and when to get there.
