After years of this request, we added a forward facing seat shuttle bus to our fleet to accommodate guest for weddings back and forth from hotels to venues. Also perfect for corporate functions.  This vehicle has a 4 hour minimum and can be used with the split option

Our 10 passenger van is perfect for corporate clients or special events where a taxi is too small and a bus is just to big for your event. This vehicle has a 4 hour minimum and cannot be used with our split option unless approved in advance.

We understand that the transportation costs can add significant cost to your event. Rates subject to change for holidays and during peak seasons-April through October.  Call to verify before securing your event. 

A $180 deposit is required to secure your event.  All deposits are refunded following your event when paid cash or credit card. Check payments require a few days longer.

Deposits are only refundable up to 30 days prior to your event. 50% of your booking total is forfeited if you cancel within two weeks of your reservation.  Rescheduling an event inside the 30 days are subject to a deposit forfeiture due to the unlikely ability to rebook the spot you are changing from.   

No changes to your originally submitted itinerary are accepted unless requested and accepted in writing. We will always accommodate you when able, but we may not have those changes available as we book other events around what your reservation times that you submitted. No cost reduction given if you reduce your hours booked within 30 days.

Payment is due on the arrival of the bus.  You can pay cash, check, or credit card.  There is a 2.9% credit card fee when choosing to pay by credit card. You can let us know your prefered method of payment when we call you the week of your event to review your reservation. 

We are not the company that will give you a price and then tack on several other fees.  The only extra fee that you may incur is if any of your locations fall outside of the 275 loop more than 10 miles  (Oxford, Hamilton, Middletown, etc.).  If you fall inside of this radius, there are no additional fees.

If we have to travel

More than 10 miles outside of the 275 loop = $25
More than 20 Miles outside of the 275 loop = $50

Gratuity is not included in rental. Our drivers become such a fun and important part of your event and work very hard to make your night perfect. You can reward them for their hard work through gratuity. 15%+ should be the minimum, but how would you like to be the only sober person on the bus??  If gratuity gets overlooked, we will deduct 18% from your deposit unless you call us the following day. If less than 15% is given, we will reach out to you to be sure your service was perfect.
